Tex-Mex Frito version of Corn Chip Vegetarian Salad

Serves/Makes:Serves 4 or more

  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb (.2 kg). cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 15 oz (420 grm). can Ranch Style Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 bag regular Fritos
  • 1/2 bottle Catalina dressing
  • Mix lettuce, tomatoes, onion and beans.
  • Place in fridge to chill.
  • Grate cheese and crush Fritos.
  • Add cheese, Fritos and dressing right before serving.
