Ingredients
  • 1 cup (225 ml) flour
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml). baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml). salt
  • 1/8 tsp (1 ml). pepper
  • chicken broth
Preparation
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Stir in enough broth to make a stiff dough.
  • Roll to 1/8 inch thickness.
  • Cut into 2 inch squares.
  • Place in boiling broth of the chicken.
  • Cook, covered for 12 to 15 minutes. DO NOT PEEK.
Comments
Also have a recipe for cornmeal dumplings. They are drop dumpling NOT rolled. They are also very good.
