  • 1 lb (.5 kg). raw minced conch meat
  • 1 minced onion
  • 4 oz (112 grm). flour
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) dry breadcrumbs
  • milk and cooking oil, as needed
  • Mix conch meat, onion, flour, egg and seasonings together and moisten with a little milk.
  • Shape into flat fritters.
  • Dip in breadcrumbs and fry quickly in hot oil.
