Serves/Makes:3 cups

Ingredients
  • 1 cup (225 ml) mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) chives, minced
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) lemon pepper
  • 2 cups (475 ml) cucumbers, pared, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup (225 ml) sour cream (or plain yogurt if you prefer)
Preparation
  • Stir together mayonnaise, dill, garlic, chives and lemon pepper.
  • Add the cucumbers.
  • Fold in the sour cream.
  • Chill.
