Print Friendly Recipe Recipe Information Source: Martha Purdy Serves/Makes:3 cups Ingredients 1 cup (225 ml) mayonnaise 2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh dill, finely chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp (15 ml) chives, minced 1 tsp (5 ml) lemon pepper 2 cups (475 ml) cucumbers, pared, seeded and chopped 1 cup (225 ml) sour cream (or plain yogurt if you prefer) Preparation Stir together mayonnaise, dill, garlic, chives and lemon pepper.
