  • Loaf:
  • 1 lb (.5 kg). ground pork
  • 2 lbs (.9 kg). ground ham
  • 1 cup (225 ml) bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml). pepper
  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) milk
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) catsup
  • GLAZE:
  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) vinegar
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  • Combine loaf ingredients.
  • Put into loaf pan.
  • Combine glaze ingredients.
  • Pour over loaf.
  • Bake about for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
  • ENJOY~~
