Scrambled eggs camp style

Ingredients
  • 2 dozen extra large eggs
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) dried buffalo meat (substitute natural beef jerky)
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • large cast iron skillet
  • 1 Tomahawk or camp axe
Preparation
  • Place skillet on cooking support over low open fire.
  • Spray skillet with non stick cooking spray.
  • Break eggs into skillet and stir with Tomahawk until scrabled and done.
  • Sprinkle in dried meat.
  • Make up stories have older kids take turns stirring the eggs with the tomahawk.
Comments
