Recipe Information
Cut up one cantalope into bite size pieces, halve one quart strawberries. Add one cup sugar and one cup maderia wine. Chill in refridge four hours.

  • 1 cantalope
  • 1 qt. strawberries
  • 1 cup (225 ml) sugar
  • 1 cup (225 ml) Madera wine
  • Cut cantalope into bite size pieces.
  • Halve strawberries.
  • Combine.
  • Add sugar and Madera wine.
  • Chill in refrigerator 4 hours.
Good Dessert after a spicy meal.
