Serves/Makes:1 batch

  • 15 medium size tomatoes,chopped
  • 3 bunches green onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 to 10 jalapenos, chopped finely
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 2 lemons, juice only
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Chop all of the vegetables.
  • Add the cilantro.
  • Add the juice of the 2 lemons.
  • Mix well and store in covered dish in the fridge.
  • Chill one hour before serving with chips.
