Serves/Makes:1 pie shell

Ingredients
  • 1-1/4 cups (300 ml) flour
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) cold butter
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) water
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) white vinegar
Preparation
  • Put ingredients into food processor and mix for 10 to 20 seconds (Pulse on and off motion).
  • Press onto the bottom and sides of pie plate.
  • Bake as directed in filling recipe.
