Ingredients
  • frozen bread dough
  • egg whites
Preparation
  • Thaw loaf enough to cut into halves.
  • Let rise for about 3-4 hours.
  • Roll out into rounds and place on upside down stainless steel bowls for form.
  • Brush with egg whites.
  • Place bowls on cookie sheet and bake approx. 350 degrees (175 C.) for 15-20 minutes.
Comments
This is much easier than preparing the dough from scratch. The egg white will crisp up the bowls. You can make almost anysize bowl you wish.
