Serves/Makes:1 gallon

Ingredients
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 small cool whip
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract or flavoring
  • 1 cup (225 ml) sugar
  • milk
Preparation
  • Mix first 5 ingredients together in a bowl and pour into ice cream freezer container.
  • Finish filling freezer to line with milk.
  • To freeze be sure to add lots of rock salt to ice in outer container.
Comments
This does not become hard but like a soft ice cream.
