Serves/Makes:3 cups

Ingredients
  • 2 cucumbers - peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup (225 ml) sour cream
  • 1 cup (225 ml) plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
Preparation
  • In a medium bowl, combine the cucumber, sour cream, yogurt, parsley, cilantro, cumin and salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
