Print Friendly Recipe Recipe Information Description: An extra yummie pecan pie Source: Charli Serves/Makes:8 Ingredients 1 unbaked pie shell 1 cup (225 ml) sugar 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter, melted 1 cup (225 ml) white corn syrup 3 eggs, slightly beaten 2 tbsps. bourbon 1/2 cup (125 ml) semi-sweet chocolate pieces 1 cup (225 ml) pecans, coarsely chopped whipped cream, optional Preparation Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.). Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
