Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
  • 2 cups (475 ml) of white sugar
  • 1 cup (225 ml) of milk
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) of butter
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) of peanut butter
Preparation
  • Boil sugar, milk, and butter to a soft ball stage.
  • Remove from heat, and add peanut butter.
  • Beat with electric mixer.
  • Pour into butter pan, and cool in fridge.
