Serves/Makes:3 cups

  • 3 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Anaheim chile, finely diced
  • 2 fresh jalapenos, finely minced
  • crushed red pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 sweet onion, diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh cilantro leaves, minced
  • juice of 1 lime (about 2 tbsp)
  • Mix it all together.
  • For hotter salsa, don't remove all the jalapeno seeds.
