Caramel Apples

  • 6 medium red apples
  • 14 oz (392 grm). caramel candies
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) milk
  • Wooden skewers or craft sticks
  • Add the caramels and milk in a double boiler.
  • Stir frequently until melted.
  • Remove the stems from the apples and put the sticks into the top.
  • Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper.
  • Dip each appple into the caramel and coat evenly.
  • Place on the waxed paper and allow to set until cooled.
