Serves/Makes:6 or more

Ingredients
  • 2 cups (475 ml) cooked, cut yellow squash
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) diced ham
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) butter
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) bread crumbs
Preparation
  • In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix.
  • Pour into a greased 2 quarts (1900 ml) casserole.
  • Bake at 400 degrees (200 C.) for 30 minutes.
Comments
To save yourself some time, you can use the prepackaged diced ham found in the meat section of the grocery store.
