This marinade makes the best of any meat


  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) oil
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) malt vinegar
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) tomatoe sauce
  • 3 cloves crushed garlic
  • Combine all ingredients together.
  • Pour over desired meat[also great for chicken].
  • Leave meat to marinade for as long as possible before cooking.
