Print Friendly Recipe Recipe Information Source: Bird Greer Serves/Makes:about 16 biscuits Ingredients 1 cup (225 ml) mashed sweet potatoes 1 tbsp (15 ml) butter 1 tbsp (15 ml) sugar 1 cup (225 ml) all purpose flour 2 tsp (10 ml). baking powder 1 tsp (5 ml). salt milk Preparation Mix potatoes and butter together. Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Mix with potatoes and butter. If too stiff to handle, add a little milk. Mold into biscuits, using flour to keep dough from sticking to hands. Bake 20 minutes in a 350 degree (175 C.) oven. Comments
