  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml). balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml). lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml). cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml). red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml). salt
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). sugar
  • Mix ingredients and use for chicken or pork marinade for barbecue or bake.
  • Use for chicken liver peri peri a South African delight.
Had this recipe during our trip to Capetown. It is a delight if you like anything hot.
