Serves/Makes:36 slices

  • 2 6 oz (168 grm). package butterscotch or chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter or margarine
  • 1 cup (225 ml) peanut butter
  • 3/4 package miniatures marshmallows
  • Melt (butterscotch or chocolate) chips in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water.
  • Stir in butter and peanut butter.
  • Cool slightly.
  • Fold in marshmallows.
  • Spoon into 8" cake pan.
  • Refrigerate.
This "slice" freezes well.
