Serves/Makes:1 1/2 c.

  • 1 cup (225 ml) heavy cream, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) sour cream, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml). confectioner's sugar
  • Whip cream.
  • Whisk in the sour cream and the sugar.
  • Beat until mixture is very thick.
  • Place in the refrigerator and chill until serving.
Note: many say that the only true clotted cream is Devonshire Cream, made in Devonshire (of course). :)
