Ingredients
  • 4 diced scallions
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 lb (.5 kg). mushrooms, washed, thin sliced, ane diced
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) light or regular cream
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) parsley
  • dash pepper
  • dash salt
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) butter
Preparation
  • Saute mushrooms and scallions in butter, season with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl whisk cream, lemon, and parsley; add to mushrooms.
  • Simmer until hot.
  • Pour into serving dishes.
Comments
Serve with crusty french stick, for dipping, and white wine.
