  • 1 box one-step angel food cake mix dry.
  • 1 can lemon pie filling
  • cooking oil, shortening or margarine
  • flour
  • powdered sugar
  • Mix cake mix and pie filling together.
  • Pour into a greased and floured jelly roll pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  • Cut into bars and serve.
