Serves/Makes:3/4 c.

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) vegetable, saffron or canola oil
  • 1-1/2 tbsp (20 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or 1 tsp (5 ml) dried minced garlic
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Toss with mixed green salad.
