  • 1 lb (.5 kg). pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1/2 red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 yellow pepper, diced
  • 1 head broccoli, diced
  • 1 cup (225 ml) green olives
  • 1 cup (225 ml) cherry tomatoes, whole
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) flaked garlic
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Old Bay seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup (225 ml) olive oil
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) balsamic vinegar
  • Mix all ingredients together and serve.
