  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter, melted
  • Put the first 2 ingredients in blender (medium speed).
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Pour melted butter in mixture while blender is running.
  • Put in dish and keep warm.
Easy!!And good for vegetables. I always use this for aspargus.
