Serves/Makes:1 angelfood cake frosting

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) crushed strawberries, drained
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sliced bananas
  • 1 cup (225 ml) cream, whipped
  • Mix first four ingredients and fold into whipped cream.
  • Frost cake.
  • Chill 2 to 3 hours.
