Serves/Makes:1 crust

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) flour
  • 2 tsp (10 ml). sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). salt
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) oil
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) milk
Preparation
  • Combine flour, sugar and salt.
  • Add oil and milk.
  • Mix well and pat into pie plate.
  • Flute edges.
  • Bake at 425 degrees (225 C.), 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Fill.
  • Does not have to be pricked for cream pies as it will not shrink.
