Print Friendly Recipe Recipe Information Ingredients 1 avocado 3 tbsp (45 ml) lime juice 3 tbsp (45 ml) cider vinegar 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped cilantro 1 clove garlic, chopped 1-1/3 cups (325 ml) olive oil 1 egg yolk 1/3 cup (80 ml) cream 1 tsp (5 ml) salt Preparation Combine avocado, lime juice, vinegar, garlic and oil in a blender and process until smooth.
