Serves/Makes:24 cookies

  • 4 oz (112 grm). cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml). dairy sour cream
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml). sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml). finely shredded orange peel
  • 24 2 inch square shortbread cookies
  • assorted fruits, cut or sliced into small pieces
  • Stir together cream sheese, sour cream, powdered sugar and orange peel.
  • Spread approximately 1 tsp (5 ml). mixture on each cookie.
  • Top with fruit.
  • Serve.
