Mustard-Glazed Pork chops

  • 8 1 inch thick pork chops
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) grainy mustard (Dijon)
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) salt
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) olive oil
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) honey
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) ground cumin
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • Score fat on chops with knife.
  • Blend remaining ingredients then brush on chops.
  • Grill 6 minutes on each side.
