Serves/Makes:2 or more

Ingredients
  • bacon
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml). flour
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • desired biscuits (refrigerated biscuits work well)
Preparation
  • Biscuits:
  • You should start the biscuits before you start the gravy.
  • Gravy:
  • Cook the bacon.
  • Remove bacon and set aside.
  • Add 2 tbsp (30 ml). flour to bacon grease, stirring until flour is slightly brown.
  • Add milk and water.
  • Stir until thickened.
  • Serve over hot biscuits.
