Serves/Makes:8 servings

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs (.9 kg). ground beef
  • 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned stuffing mix (not cornbread)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml). Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Line large baking sheet with foil and spray with Pam.
  • Shape into two firm loaves.
  • Bake for one hour or until done.
Comments
This recipe is super easy and quick. To freeze: Cool meatloaves throughly. Wrap securely in plastic wrap then in tin foil. This freezes well - I do it all of the time.
