Serves/Makes:4 or more
- Ingredients
- 1 small carton Cool Whip
- 1 small box Strawberry jello
- 7-Up
- Strawberries
- Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, 'fluff' together whipped cream and jello. (Do not make the jello--just use the dry powder)
- This will get thick, so we add 7-Up a little at a time until it reaches a good consistency. It will thicken up some more in the fridge.
- Add cut up strawberries.
- Comments
- If the strawberries are really juicy, they may have sufficient juice to not even use the 7-Up. My 10 year old created this recipe and it has now become a family holiday tradition. You may have to experiment a little on the amounts, as we never measure it out. We use 7-Up because we like it, but you could replace the 7-up with strawberry flavor juice or anything!
