Serves/Makes:8 or more

  • 2 cans cut green beans
  • 1 can white corn
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup (225 ml) Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 stick butter, melted
  • Mix first five ingredients and place in a casserole.
  • Combine cracker crumbs and butter.
  • Sprinkle over bean mixture.
  • Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) until bubbly and beans are cooked.
