Easy, delicious and light dessert idea.. goes great with mexican meals. I ran out of key lime juice once and substituted regular lime juice.. works just as well!
  Ingredients:
1 9-inch deep-dish graham cracker pie crust
3 eggs
2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened
 2/3 cup (150 ml) sugar
16 oz (448 grm) sour cream
 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
1/4 cup (60 ml) key lime juice
  Comments
Raspberries are especially nice with key lime. Make a Raspberry Coulis and drizzle it over the slices for a spectacular presentation and fabulous taste.
