Pull-apart cinnamon roll

Serves/Makes:12 or more

  • 4 tubes ready-to-bake biscuits
  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). cinnamon
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) evaporated milk
  • Cut biscuits into quarter sections.
  • Place sugar and cinnamon in a bowl; mix well.
  • Toss biscuit pieces in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Place coated biscuits in a Bundt pan.
  • Pour topping over biscuits.
  • Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) until top is golden brown (about 20 minutes).
  • Topping:
  • Mix topping ingredients together in a small sauce pan.
  • Boil for about 2 minutes. Do not over boil.
This makes a nice Sunday treat and I make it at Christmas and as hostess treats. I always get a lot of complaiments on this and so will you. Enjoy!
