Print Friendly Recipe Recipe Information Source: Betty Serves/Makes:6 Ingredients 2 10 oz (280 grm). packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained. 1 8 oz (224 grm). package cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk 1 tsp (5 ml). lemon pepper 1/3 cup (80 ml) crushed buttery crackers or seasoned croutons Preparation Mix cream cheese, milk and lemon pepper until well blended. Stir in spinach. Spoon mixture into a 1 quart (950 ml) casserole dish. Sprinkle with crushed crackers or croutons. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 25 to 30 minutes.
