Ingredients
  • 2 10 oz (280 grm). packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained.
  • 1 8 oz (224 grm). package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). lemon pepper
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) crushed buttery crackers or seasoned croutons
Preparation
  • Mix cream cheese, milk and lemon pepper until well blended.
  • Stir in spinach.
  • Spoon mixture into a 1 quart (950 ml) casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle with crushed crackers or croutons.
  • Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 25 to 30 minutes.
