Kentucky Style Corn Pudding

Serves/Makes:6 or more

Ingredients
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 can whole kernal corn
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
  • 4 tbsp (60 ml). flour
  • pepper
  • butter
Preparation
  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  • In large bowl combine corn, milk and flour.
  • Pour into lightly greases baking dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Butter and sprinkle with pepper before serving.

This was given to me by a very good friend about 18 years ago in Paris, Kentucky.
