No Bake Cookies - Peanut Butter Treats

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pkg. Ritz mini-peanut butter crackers
  • 1 cup (225 ml) milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml). Crisco shortening (not oil)
Preparation
  • Melt chips and shortening in microwave on high (30 seconds, stir, 30 seconds, stir, etc.) until completely melted.
  • Dip cracker sandwiches into chocolate until completely covered.
  • Place on greased wax or parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
