  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) low fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) seafood seasoning
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped celery, diced
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) chopped onions, chopped
  • 1 6 oz (168 grm). can crabmeat
  • pepper, to taste
  • Blend mayonnaise and seafood seasoning in medium bowl.
  • Mix in celery and onion.
  • Add crabmeat.
  • Season with pepper to taste.
Takes 5 minutes prep time. Calories 88. cholestrol 45 mg. carbs. 1.4 g.
