  • 2 cups (475 ml) canned and drained whole kernel corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) flour
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml). sugar
  • butter
  • Heat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Pour mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
  • Dot top with butter.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
  • Let cool for 20 minutes before serving.
This is my great-great Aunt Trudy's best recipe.
