Serves/Makes:4 servings

  • 1 cup (225 ml) chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) thyme
  • 1/4 salt
  • 1/8 tsp (1 ml) pepper
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • Fill base with water to Hi fill line.
  • Add steaming bowl.
  • Combine chicken broth, thyme, salt and pepper in rice bowl.
  • Stir to mix.
  • Add chicken breasts, with thickest pieces toward sides of bowl.
  • Cover and steam for 34 to 37 minutes, or til done.
