Serves/Makes:4 cups

  • 1 lb (.5 kg). lean hamburger
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 8 oz (224 grm). pkg. processed cheese, cubed
  • 1 10 oz (280 grm). can diced tomatoes (optional)
  • Cook hamburger and onions over medium heat until brown and onions are soft.
  • In medium saucepan over low heat, melt cheese.
  • Stir in burger and onions, also tomatoes if using them.
  • Pour over chips or use as a dip.
These are also healthy and good.
