Serves/Makes:3 teaspoons

  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) mustard powder
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) bay leaf crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) cloves
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) each: allspice, ginger, mace, cardamom, and cinna mon.
  • Stir together and seal in small zip-lock bag.
  • Use 1 tsp (5 ml) at a time.
  • Great for meats, stews, vegies, just about anything you want to add a zip to.
  • Can be doubled.
