Source: MeMaw Serves/Makes:1/2 cup Ingredients 4 tbsp (60 ml) salt 1 tbsp (15 ml) black pepper 1 tbsp (15 ml) dehydrated onion 1 tbsp (15 ml) dehydrated garlic 1/2 tbsp (7 ml) crushed red pepper 1/2 tbsp (7 ml) dried thyme 1/2 tbsp (7 ml) dried rosemary 1/2 tbsp (7 ml) dried fennel Preparation Mix together and store in a shaker. I use a small zip-loc bag. Shake or rub 1 tbsp (15 ml) seasoning onto meat before cooking, regardless of method of cooking. Comments
