Skin from ham, cut into 1 inch pieces and baked



  • Skin from uncooked pork shoulder roast or smoked ham
  • Remove skin from ham or fresh pork shoulder. Cut into 1 inch squares.
  • Bake at 325 degrees (175 C.) for about 45 minutes or until done to your liking.
