  • 2 cups (475 ml) self-rising flour
  • 1 cup (225 ml) sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) margarine
  • Mix together all ingredients. Dough needs to be cold, or use butter out of the tub, instead of melted butter.
  • Roll in tsp size balls.
  • Put on cookie sheet and mash down.
  • Bake at 375 degrees (200 C.) for 10 minutes or until they are slightly brown on bottom.
