Orange Sherbet Jello Salad

Serves/Makes:8 or more

  • 1 6 oz (168 grm). pkg. orange Jello
  • 1 6 oz (168 grm). pkg. lemon Jello
  • 2 cups (475 ml) hot water
  • 2 cups (475 ml) orange sherbet
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml). vinegar
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 tall thin cans crushed pineapple, not drained
  • Dissolve Jello in hot water.
  • Stir in sherbet until smooth.
  • Add rest of ingredients.
  • Place in mold.
  • Chill until set.
